"The Leadership Coaching program completely shifted my perspective on coaching and helped me unlock my leadership capabilities. I have received coaching training before, but the methodology of this program is unique and really helps you internalize the theory and translate it to real challenges. Having a coach supporting me through the journey and the cohort structure helped open my perspective and practice coaching skills in a psychologically safe environment. It is a fantastic program that should be part of the leadership development journey of any company"
Nir has been my one-on-one coach and what I've learned from working with him has literally been life-changing, as it helped to give me the confidence to tackle a major new challenge in my career. Nir is a very passionate and talented coach who cares deeply about helping people become the best versions of themselves. If you have the opportunity to work with Nir, I highly recommend that you do so!
I have had the pleasure of working with Nir over the past 9 months as an executive coach and I cannot more highly recommend Nir's coaching and mentoring skills. Nir really pushed me, both individually and as an organizational leader, to higher and higher leadership levels. He did not allow me to brush off the hard and difficult situations and really made me spend mindful time on my leadership skills, as well as those of my organization. I am by far and away a better leader after this experience and plan on using Nir as my executive coach in perpetuity
Nir truly embodies his tag line - he is certainly dedicated to developing great leaders and managers by challenging them to get exponentially better. His no nonsense style was perfect for me and I found it refreshing. I was quite amazed at how much progress we made in a very short period of time - this is a testament to Nir’s superior leadership coaching skills. I would still encourage you to reach out to him and have a conversation - you will find it refreshing and gain new perspectives.
Watching Nir present is akin to watching a Ted Talk. The experience of breaking down a subject that we may think we are fluent in, and seeing the magic and opportunities that can be. He engages the audience with supportive stories that are on point and relatable. Nir offers a very constructive approach to being a leader, not only to the benefit of an aspiring manager, but also to individual contributors within a team
