Program Architecture

  • Community
    • Cohorts of 10-12 participants (virtual, hybrid, or F2F)
    • Nine cohort session
  • Doing real work while expanding mindset, learning strategies, and practicing with new tools
    • Participants establish Big Business goals
    • Participants take on Leadership Development Goals
  • Nine 1:1 Coaching sessions between Cohort meetings
  • 5% of a leader’s time over six months
    • Cohorts meet every three weeks
    • 4-6 hours sessions
    • Two 8-hour sessions (split over two days)
